Wonderful hiking weather, tenp about 10 C and mostly sunny.
Biil, Annemarie and Case were dropped off at Brimstone. Bill and Annmarie needed the section from km 15.7 to 18.3 where we were met by Steve and David. |
We hiked the Dorothy Medhurst Side Trail to km 15.7. The side trail starts out with a long climb to the top of valley. |

We meet Steve and David at the Escarpment Sideroad km 18.3. The Trail turns to the left and climbs up the hill. |

We pass through the pedestrian tunnel under Highway #10. |
The Trail turns north on St. Andrew's Road where we pass by the pretty St. Andrew's Stone Church built in 1853. |

The Trail follows the Escarpment Sideroad again and turn north onto Airport Road. |
We reach the car at Innis Lake Road, take off our hiking boots and head to Tim Hortons in Caledon for much refreshments. |
