The hike started at the intersection of Finnerty Road and Innis Lake Road, km 33.8
and we ended at the parking lot on Mono #5 Sideroad, km 46.6
It had snowed 5 or 6 cm the day before and it was still falling lightly the temperature was above 0C
and it was foggy throughout the hike.
Today's hikers; Steve ""Neither snow nor rain nor threat of fog ....." our intrepid leader;
"Last hill" Bill; "Forgetful" David; "Determined" Leslie; and Case our sweeping photographer.
The Trail heads north along the Innis Lake Road.
Apparently a woodpecker has been busy removing bark in search of food.
We enter the Glen Haffy Conservation Area
Apparently it is still a bit early in the day for the picnicers.
Tall hikers beware !
The Trail crosses busy Highway #9
The Trail crosses the Humber River
The Bruce Trail crosses a downed tree .....
We read the sign which invites us to enjoy the beautiful 'vistas' from this high point on the Trail.
"Last Hill' Bill
If it wasn't so foggy you would see the car parked at the end of the Trail.
