Seven of us planned on hiking from 5th line to Dunby Rd (16km) but just in case the hot weather made a shorter hike more enjoyable, we left a car at Hockley Rd. Sidetrail. As a result, we hiked in two groups with Michael, Peter, and Stefan leading while Ann picked up Steve, Marlene and Nancy to follow in a second group.
The trail wanders up and down a series of hills but luckily was largely shaded given today's heat.
The trail needed some attention.

After passing the Golf Course and farmland we went back into a pine forest.
We crossed a small stream.
One more field...
One more up hill...
One more downhill...
and the car is waiting to take us home.
