A very interesting hike taking us past several iterations of the
Welland Canal from it's conception in 1824 to the present day.
We crossed Taylor Road clamoured over a stile and took off into the woods
alongside the Royal Niagara Golf Club.
The temp started out about -10C but no wind, excellent for hiking.
Time to put on the icers.
